Curious what a date with Justin Timberlake is like? Leave it to a U.S. Marine to go on recon and discover what it's like taking the 30-year-old Prince of Pop to a ball.

Corporal Kelsey De Santis opened up this morning about her moving evening at the Marine Corps Ball with Mr. JT.

"It was wonderful," the 23-year-old combat instructor told the "Today" show. "He had a big smile on his face and so did I."

Back in July, after hearing that Timberlake had urged his "Friends With Benefits" co-star Mila Kunis to accept a YouTube invite to an upcoming Marine Corps Ball, De Santis decided the "SexyBack" singer should get in sync with his own advice. So she made her own viral invite--flanked by a row of imposing Marines--asking him to take her to last Saturday's Marine Corps Ball in Virginia.

Even though De Santis is a mixed martial arts expert, she admitted to being no match for Timberlake once he reached his natural environment.

"I didn't bring it on the dance floor," she said. "But the entire night was bringing sexy back, I guess you could say. We were on the dance floor and having a good time at the table joking and laughing. It was altogether really great."

For both the Marine corporal and the international pop star, the part of the night that lingered the most was the moment after a video montage of Pearl Harbor, WWII and 9/11.

"Right after the ceremony, we kind of locked eyes and we were both grateful for the things our country stands for and just everything that our military has done for us," she said, explaining that her favorite part of the night was, "Not only the look on his face but also the look on everyone else's face and the feeling in the entire room."

The next morning, an emotional Timberlake wrote that De Santis is his "humble and honest... hero," and described the event as "one of the most moving evenings I've ever had."

A rep for Mila Kunis confirmed to the Famous that Mila Kunis is taking Sgt. Scott Moore up on his YouTube invite to a North Carolina Marine Corps Ball this Friday.

When when the "Today" show asked De Santis to offer Moore a piece of advice, she demurred: "I don't think he needs it, with the video he came out with, he seems pretty confident."
