Back in November, tabloid editors salivated over the news that Blake Lively and Leonardo DiCaprio had dined together at New York City's The Lion. (Of course, it didn't matter that there were six other people there, nor that it was a business meal in relation to Baz Luhrmann's "The Great Gatsby.") The buzz, however, quickly died down when the pair weren't seen together thereafter.
But, now that DiCaprio has officially split from longtime girlfriend Bar Refaeli, he appears to have reconnected with Lively at Cannes.
The New York Post reports that Lively and DiCaprio were spotted "roaming around" the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc in Paris together on Friday night.
"She was wearing white and he was in a baseball cap," the Post spy said. "They walked around the grounds together. It looked like they were a couple."
(Meanwhile, we would like to know more about how their gait suggested they were romantically involved.)
The pair were initially brought together by Lurhmann, who cast DiCaprio as Jay Gatsby in his upcoming adaptation and who has shown he thinks quite highly of Lively.
