Robin Wright stepped out in New York on Wednesday, looking radiant at the premiere of Netflix original series “House of Cards” – perhaps thanks to her virile beau Ben Foster.
Wright, 46, attended the screening at New York’s Lincoln Center, continuing on to an afterparty at the venue’s Alice Tully Hall hand in hand with the 32-year-old Foster.
“They were attached at the hip,” a party insider said, describing the pair as sweet but not precious. “Hot and tough” was the vibe according to the onlooker, and that’s fine with us.
After being spotted out and about together in December, rumors of a full-blown relationship surged the following month.
Penn finally veered off her long, long road with Oscar-winner Sean Penn when their divorce was finalized in July 2010. Their courtship began in 1989 and the couple had been on-again, off-again during the final years of the marriage.
Foster, meanwhile, has previously been linked to Zoe Kravitz, Ellen Page, and Kirsten Dunst.
“Cards” stars Wright as the ambitious wife of Kevin Spacey’s fictional House Majority Leader in the new political drama.
Additional partygoers included Spacey, cast member Kate Mara with her “Dragon Tattoo” sister Rooney as her plus one, Tom Hanks, David Cross, Amber Tamblyn, Glenn Close, Kim Catrall, Victor Garber, Josh Lucas, and Carla Gugino.
