Tina Fey takes baby Penelope to the set

Add one more perk to the list that famous actors get. While the rest of the world has to arrange for day care and babysitters, or wrestle with the decision of whether a parent can afford to give up a career to stay home with the kids, celebs don't have to worry about the issue, since it seems bringing your kid to work is perfectly acceptable in Hollywood. (Lucky them!) We've recently spotted everyone from Angelina Jolie to Charlize Theron toting their tots on set, and yesterday, Tina Fey, 42, showed off 11-month-old daughter Penelope while she was in Princeton, New Jersey, shooting her latest flick, "Admission."

In the film, Fey stars as a college admissions counselor who has a boyfriend, played by Michael Sheen, but starts up a romantic relationship with a potential student, portrayed by Paul Rudd. The movie is not to be confused with "Admissions" (note the "s"), which also comes out next year. That film stars Vera Farmiga and Andy Garcia, and tells the story of a couple who fall in love while taking their kids on a college admissions tour. Confusing!

Fey, who is also mom to 6-year-old daughter Alice with composer husband Jeff Richmond, wrote in her memoir, Bossypants, that coming to the decision of having a second child wasn't an easy one and that she felt "stricken with guilt and panic" when Alice would say, "I wish I had a baby sister." The "30 Rock" actress wrote that she would debate the second-baby issue when she couldn't sleep, getting up to study herself in the mirror. "Do I look like someone who should be pregnant? I look good for 40, but I have the quaggy jawline and hollow cheeks of a mom, not a pregnant lady. It's now or never. This decision can't be delayed. Science shows that fertility and movie offers drop off steeply for women after 40."

Indeed, Fey didn't delay the decision, announcing her pregnancy shortly after the book was released last year. "Hollywood be damned. I'll just be unemployable and labeled crazy in five years anyway."
