Love is in the air at Sochi!
The U.S. swept the podium in the inaugural year of slopestyle skiing at the Winter Olympics, with Joss Christensen winning gold, Gus Kenworthy winning silver, and Nick Goepper winning bronze. But since it's Valentine's Day, the trio was in the mood for a little romance and our friends over at NBC Sports were more than willing to play Cupid for the skiers.
No marriage proposals (yet!), but with the help of the @NBCOlympics Twitter account, the Olympic athletes let their celebrity crushes be known.
Kenworthy, who made headlines before his race for his heroic rescue of some of Sochi's stray puppies, apparently would also like to rescue Miley Cyrus's heart.
And Goepper is looking to serve as inspiration for a Taylor Swift song:
As for Joss, well, he only has eyes for actress Emma Watson:
Goepper seems to be casting a wide net though — he's launched a whole social media contest to find a Valentine!
However, we have a feeling these three guys aren't going to have a hard time with the ladies after their amazing performances at the Olympics.
But these love-struck young men aren't the only ones from Sochi getting into the spirit of the holiday. Here are a few more Valentine's Day posts today from the Olympic games:
