The ladies of "The Talk" have landed their first magazine cover posing as a group.

Julie Chen, 43, Aisha Tyler, 42, Sara Gilbert, 38, Sheryl Underwood, 49, and Sharon Osbourne, 60, are featured in Prevention magazine's "Love Your Age" issue and the gals talk about topics ranging from friendship, to aging, to sex.

"We see each other every day first thing in the morning without a drop of makeup on," Julie says.

The women purposefully opted for a fresh, natural look for the photo shoot.

"And it's always exactly honest between us. Never toxic, never competitive. There's no jockeying," adds Sharon.

"I feared 40," Aisha admits. "But I'm really enjoying it, much more than I thought I would. There's a confidence that comes with age and with realizing who you are and what you bring to the table, even in this town."

"If you're trying to be something you're not, whether it's an age or a certain type of personality, you're just going to be in misery," muses Julie. "You have to own who you are, and part of who you are is your age."

"If you're 40, don't dress like a 22-year-old," adds Aisha.

"Or Madonna," Sharon chimes in. "Ladies: Don't. Dress. Like. Madonna."

Sage advice, indeed!

The new issue of Prevention magazine is on newsstands Tuesday, July 23, and don't forget to tune into "omg! Insider" Thursday night for exclusive behind-the-scenes video with the ladies from their cover shoot!
