It's a real estate listing about nothing.
Larry David, "Seinfeld" co-creator and star of HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm," has put his Tudor-style Pacific Palisades, California, estate on the market for $14.9 million.
The 10,000-square-foot compound boasts seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a master suite with a large deck, gym, pool, renovated kitchen with a fireplace, and sweeping ocean and canyon views, yadda yadda yadda.
Then, there's the guesthouse, which resembles an English cottage. That alone has a sunbathing terrace, outdoor lounge with a kitchen/bar, red brick fireplace, and vaulted ceilings with exposed beams.
From 1993 to 1999, David amassed the three properties that make up the one-acre lot, with the first being the main residence, which was built in 1950.
David, 65, has been the master of his domain since he and ex-wife Laurie divorced in 2007 after 14 years of marriage.
As co-creator of "Seinfeld," David has reportedly earned $1.2 billion for the sitcom's syndication … with $250 million of that from 1998 alone, the year it went off the air after nine seasons on NBC.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.
