Oh to be a fly on the wall!
Robert Pattinson, Vince Vaughn, and Joaquin Phoenix all had dinner together at the Larchmont restaurant in L.A. on Friday night.
Fun fact: the trio have all starred opposite Reese Witherspoon at some point in their career. Pattinson in "Water For Elephants," Vaughn in "Four Christmases," and Phoenix in Witherspoon's Oscar winning role "Walk the Line."
The guys all arrived to the restaurant separately, but left together. Florence Welch was also dining Friday night at the trendy eatery.
A restaurant source tells omg! that the guys all sat together in the back with a group of friends and "looked like they were having a lot of fun."
Wonder if the gathering was just for pleasure, or a little business too? We would love to see the three actors collaborate on screen together!
At the end of the evening, Phoenix and Pattinson hopped into a car together with a few other guys to keep the party going. Vaughn must've retired early, but hey, he is hosting "Saturday Night Live" next weekend after all (his first time hosting since 1998!).
Looked like the "Twilight" star was having a fun boys night out, while girlfriend Kristen Stewart stayed at home.
Last week, Pattinson and Stewart were photographed getting quite affectionate during a lunch date in Los Feliz.
In a rare display of PDA, Pattinson and Stewart held hands after lunch at one of their favorite local spots.
"They couldn't keep their hands off of each other," an eyewitness tells omg!. "He would wrap his arm around her and she would sort of cuddle into him. It was cute!"
Glad to see the couple spending time together before they both start up on their various next projects!
