If If you weren’t one of Matthew Perry’s “Friends” before, well it’s too late now. You’ll never get to hang out at the ultra-cool Hollywood Hills bachelor pad he’s owned for the last five years. The actor has sold the 4,100-square-foot home for $4.685 million, according to real estate website Redfin.
The contemporary, architectural house features to-die-for city views and gave Perry plenty of opportunities to be close to the outdoors even while in the house thanks to multiple floor-to-ceiling glass walls that open up completely in both the living areas and master bedroom.
Perry purchased the two-floor abode for $4.75 million back in 2008, and while he tried to unload it in September of last year by listing it at $5.295 million, it took just four months for the 43-year-old to drop the price by a whopping $500,000, to $4.795 million in January. The property went into escrow a few weeks later. He’s not going very far, however. The never-married star bought a different and even pricier Hollywood Hills home for a cool $8.65 million in 2011. That one also has three bedrooms and totals around 4,000 square feet.
But back to the place he just sold: It features three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and plenty of Hollywood necessities like a pool, hot tub, wrap-around balcony, outdoor firepit, and a home theater perfect for inviting all your pals over watch reruns of “Friends” episodes.
Oh, sorry, Matthew. We mean, to watch brand-new episodes of “Go On,” of course.
