Mark-Paul Gosselaar is about to be saved by the baby monitor!
The former hunk of Bayside High School and his wife, Catriona McGinn, announced Tuesday that they are expecting their first child together in September.
The pair, who tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Santa Ynez, California, in July 2012, are thrilled to start their family. The 39-year-old actor is already dad to son, Michael, 9, and daughter Ava, 6, from his previous marriage to Lisa Ann Russell, and says his lady love is prepped and ready to be a mom.
"Catriona's great with my kids," Gosselaar told Us Weekly. "My kids absolutely adore her."
This will be the first child for McGinn, an advertising executive.
“We are all really excited for the arrival of our new addition. We’ve always wanted a big family,” the “Franklin and Bash” star dished to People. “The kids are looking forward to a little sibling, and are asking a lot of funny questions right now.”
Hopefully none of the happy couple’s kids grow up to be anything like prankster Zach Morris.
