Things could get mighty awkward at this year’s Teen Choice Awards.
The 2013 nominees were announced Wednesday and “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2” led the pack with seven nominations.
But stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson may not be jumping for joy at the possibility of sharing the stage at the awards show since they recently ended their more than three-year relationship.
The actor was photographed moving his things out of Stewart's Los Feliz, California, pad over the weekend after celebrating his 27th birthday without the actress (who was in town) on May 13.
However, the current exes, who first broke up last July after Stewart copped to having an affair with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders, can take solace in the fact that this will be the last time their mega-franchise will be up for any awards. The "Twilight Saga's" final installment premiered back in November of 2012.
Other big Teen Choice movie noms went to "Iron Man 3" and its stars Gwyneth Paltrow and Robert Downey Jr., the "Les Miserables" cast, and also "Pitch Perfect."
We're keeping our fingers crossed that on-again couple Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber can keep their relationship on track until the August 11 ceremony, or the potential for awkward encounters could double as they're both musical nominees.
If "Jelena" is still intact, here's hoping fellow female artist nominee Taylor Swift doesn't catch them kissing backstage again! Her reaction to their smooch at the Billboard Music Awards last Sunday was priceless ...
