Jenny McCarthy is starting off her stint on "The View" on Monday, September 9, with a very special guest … her boyfriend Donnie Wahlberg.
The 40-year-old comedienne will claim her throne alongside veteran hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Sherri Shepherd and Barbara Walters on the ABC show, but we doubt she'll send too many zingers her sweetie's way.
The former Playboy bunny and her New Kids on the Block singer have been dating since July after meeting on McCarthy's self-titled talk show on VH1, where she quizzed him on pillow talk. The duo made their first official debut as a couple on August 24 at a "Dancing With the Stars" charity event and have been spotted spending time together throughout the summer.
Wahlberg, 44, who plays Detective Danny Reagan on "Blue Bloods," will visit "The View" to promote his hit CBS show, which was just renewed for a fourth season.
Wahlberg will be joined on the talk show by singer Michael Bublé, who welcomed his first child, son Noah, with his wife, Luisana Lopilato, on August 27.
McCarthy admitted in a recent blog post that while she is excited about her new gig, she is definitely nervous."Usually my nerves are more excitement-based, but I have a feeling I will be running into the bathroom at least a few times an hour before we go live on Monday."
We'd be a little nervous if we had to take our boyfriend to our first day of work, too! Hopefully her main squeeze will help calm her fears tomorrow.
