Jennifer Aniston celebrated her 45th birthday on Tuesday in Los Angeles, but where was her fiancé, Justin Theroux? It turns out that her main man was on the other side of the country in the Big Apple having a guys' night out. While Aniston didn't have her fiancé by her side, she did celebrate with dinner at Soho House in Los Angeles with a few of her famous friends, including her BFF Courtney Cox; Tobey Maguire's wife, Jennifer Meyer; and Jen's hair stylist, Chris McMillan.
Even though the 42-year-old actor missed out on Aniston's celebratory dinner, he had a very busy day filming his HBO drama "The Leftovers" and shopping in the West Village for his soon-to-be wife's birthday present.
It's easy to see that they couldn't be together on the actress's birthday because of their conflicting schedules, but he managed to squeeze in some time to hang with his buddy Orlando Bloom. The pair were seen at the opening of Deth Killers of Bushwick, a store for motorcycle enthusiasts. The guys even posed for a pop wheelie on a stunt bike!
As for the "We're the Millers" actress, she certainly has been busy this past week. On the eve of her big day, she was at the Makers conference in Los Angeles interviewing Gloria Steinem. According to E! News, the actress was candid in the chat about what it's like to be a woman in Hollywood and thanked Steinem for all she's done.
"Being in the public eye, us women come up against this, that our value and worth is dependent on our marital status and or if we've procreated," Aniston said. "I thank you and honor you for raising women to have a strong voice."
While it's never fun to spend your birthday without that special someone, it seems like these two maintain a great relationship even with the distance between them and their hectic work schedules.
