Would you believe blond beauty Jennifer Aniston has a cheat day every once in a while?
The former "Friends" star joined SELF Editor-in-Chief Lucy Danziger to celebrate the launch of "Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover," the first book by her longtime friend and yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber, on Tuesday at the Soho House in Hollywood. At the event, the actress revealed to People magazine what she craves on a day off from her usual diet, saying "Cheat days for me are usually ... it's either Mexican food ... maybe Italian pasta, but I think you always have to do it in moderation." Clearly a little indulgence here and there isn't doing any damage to that knockout physique!
So how does the 44-year-old Hollywood A-lister stay in such amazing shape? She credits Mandy with being the woman behind her toned gams. "That was always my 'ugh,' my legs," Aniston said, "That's why I credit her for [them] -- with yoga."
