What a difference a day two days make. Ireland Baldwin was the poster child for glam when she presented for "Entertainment Tonight" at the Oscars on Sunday, but she was the complete opposite during a lunch date just two days later.

With her long locks wound up in a dramatic topknot, the 18-year-old model went virtually makeup-free and completed her look with decidedly quirky glasses for a romantic meal with her beau Slater Trout. Our main takeaway from her make-under is simple: It takes a gorgeous girl to look this good dressed as hipster librarian.

And it seems Slater agrees with us. During their outing at Sweet Butter Kitchen in Sherman Oaks, California, the professional surfer and racer only had eyes for Ireland. In fact, he even fed her a few bites. (We didn't even know people still did that.) It's also worth noting that the "Grudge Match" actress wasn't shy about digging in herself, proving that she's a model who eats like... a human. You have to love that.

While she covered up most of her stunning physique during her lunch in long black pants and a leather moto jacket, Ireland flashed much of her famous flesh during her Academy Awards gig. Clad in a wine-colored lace gown with a thigh-high slit, the beautiful daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger showcased her ridiculously long gams and proved that she's one of Hollywood's hottest bombshells.

This isn't the first time we've seen Ireland dressed down. She's posted her fair share of bikini selfies and attended Coachella last April wearing, well, not much. Still, even her bandeau bikini, baseball hat, and barely-there American flag crop top evoke a relaxed glamour that's more typical of the starlet's style. In that regard, this slightly edgy and way-more-covered-up look is a break from Miss Baldwin's traditional garb.

Dressed up or dressed down, it seems Ireland's attitude towards her style is much like the phrase on the book she's carrying: "No problem!"
