Another tragedy has struck the cast of Glee.
Matt Bendik, the longtime boyfriend of Becca Tobin (who plays cheerleader Kitty Wilde on the Fox show), was found dead at the Monaco Hotel in Philadelphia on Thursday, the Philadelphia Police Department confirmed to The Insider With Yahoo. The 31-year-old nightclub owner was in the hotel bed when he was discovered by housekeeping at 12:56 p.m. He was pronounced dead at 1:17.
Bendik's cause of death remains a mystery following an autopsy Friday by the medical examiner's office. Results did not immediately establish a clear cause of death but there was no evidence of trauma, the Philadelphia Medical Examiner said. They will be conducting additional tests as is normal procedure. The Philly PD, which would not comment on whether drugs were present at the scene, also noted that there were no obvious signs of foul play.
One of the most chilling elements of this story is the timing. Sunday, July 13, will mark the one-year anniversary of Glee star Cory Monteith's death at age 31 caused by a drug overdose.

Tobin, 28, who was not with Bendik in Philly, contrary to numerous reports, has remained mum on social media since announcing an ethical fashion shoe giveaway early Thursday. Bendik's Hollywood club, DBA, shared the following tribute on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook:
Based on both Tobin and Bendik's social media accounts, things were business as usual on Wednesday. Bendik's final entry on Instagram is a gorgeous photo of his lady love simply captioned, "#WCW" (Woman Crush Wednesday).
A rep for Tobin said she has no statement at this time.
