It may be time to bring in the forensic experts on Eva LaRue's marriage ... because it's dead.
The former "CSI: Miami" star's husband of four years, seafood businessman Joe Cappuccio, filed for divorce, after three-and-a-half years of marriage. According to TMZ, the reason for the divorce was "irreconcilable differences."
Eva, 47, and Joe were engaged twice before finally getting married on June 26, 2010, at the Oceanside Tides Hotel in Zihuatanejo, Mexico, after their third engagement. You can check out their wedding video set to the tune of U2's "Beautiful Day" here on Vimeo:

Life & Style magazine had an exclusive interview with the happy couple at the time of their wedding, in which she talked about how she was "so happy," and why "getting married in this beautiful location on the ocean with all of our family and friends is so special."
Joe has two grown children from a previous relationship, and Eva has one daughter Kaya, 11, from her former marriage to actor John Callahan.
In 2009, Eva spoke with People about how she coached Kaya — who was 7 at the time — through her initial separation from John. "I really didn't know how to walk her through the breakup," she said. "She didn't get a say in that and yet she was pretty heart-broken … When someone gradually leaves your life, that's one thing because you get used to the end of it. When somebody disappears, it takes all of your control away. It leaves you frantic and that break-up left her in a frantic space because she had no control over it."
Eventually, she said, that encouraged Joe to help be a part of the moving-on process with Kaya. "I really lobbied for him a few months later to make contact with Kaya," Eva said. "He was great about it and the thing is, it really changed her."
Eva played DNA analyst Natalie Boa Vista on the hit CBS series from 2005-2012.
Yahoo Celebrity has reached out to Eva's publicist for comment but hasn't yet received a response. The actress, however, hinted at the split with this tweet on Thursday:
