Michael C. Hall is moving.
As the Showtime series "Dexter" prepares to air its eighth and final season in June, its 42-year-old star has plunked down $3.825 million for a six-bedroom, six-bathroom home in L.A.'s trendy Los Feliz neighborhood, Zillow reports.
Hall's new residence has more space than his former home in the Hollywood Hills, which he sold for $1.83 million in August. In addition, the restored 1923 Spanish colonial-style residence features breathtaking views of grassy hills and downtown L.A., a large swimming pool in the backyard, an upscale kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a media room, and guest house — all the essentials for a celebrity home.
If the price Hall paid seems a little steep, keep in mind that he managed to seal the deal for less than the asking price of $3.927 million.
Do you think maybe the seller wasn't too keen on negotiating with a serial killer?
