Gwyneth's Sexy Arm Sculptor, works arms, shoulders, waist, and back
Step 1: Stand with legs together, elbows bent and palms touching.
Step 2: Bend left elbow, reaching toward center of back, andextend right arm overhead, palm forward. Return to start for one rep. Switchsides and repeat. Do two sets of 20 reps.
Gwyneth's Flat-Abs move, works ab and thighs
Step 1: Lie face up with legs extended. Roll onto left side andextend left arm in front of you, right arm across torso, fingertips to floorfor support. Lift left (bottom) leg and cross left leg over right. Keep rightfoot pointed and heel on floor the entire time.
Step 2:With toes pointed and legs straight, lean slightly back(right heel stays on floor) and raise left leg, bringing knee to chest.
Step 3: Straighten left leg back to start, crossed over extendedright leg.
Step 4: Lift left leg on a diagonal, then lower to start for onerep. Do 20 reps. Switch sides and repeat. Do two sets.
