If you’ve ever wanted to be more like Angelina Jolie, now’s your chance! The actress/activist/supermom’s childhood home in Rockland County, New York, is for sale. The only catch? It’s listed for $2.049 million. Property records confirmed that the four-bedroom mid-century modern house was built in the 1950s and belonged to Jolie’s mother, Marcheline Bertrand, in the 1980s.

According to Richard Ellis, one of the real-estate agents co-listing the property, the By the Sea director lived there with her mother and brother, James Haven, and even attended the local elementary school. “Everyone in the neighborhood always says that,” he told the Wall Street Journal. Further documentation of her time in the residence can be found in the book Angelina Jolie: A Biography, which explains that Angelina, James, and her mother moved to Snedens Landing from Los Angeles after Bertrand separated from the children’s father, actor Jon Voight (with whom Angelina has had a somewhat contentious relationship over the years).

But you get more than just the ability to wander the hallways Jolie once walked. The home measures an impressive 4,000 square feet and sits on approximately two acres in a rural enclave of Snedens Landing along the appropriately named Woods Road. Glamour shots of the house show a sleek, open space with sundrenched skylights, stone accent walls, and a dream chef’s kitchen with a refrigerator that’s roughly the size of a moving truck.

Still, it’s not the exact same place the mother of six might remember. House flipper Eugene Kohn purchased, renovated, and relisted the residence all in less than a year. “My style is to simplify and restore to the original condition,” he said, though he did admit to some significant visual changes including replacing the fixtures and removing the paint from the redwood paneling and pine ceiling.

Even though Angelina is long gone from the home, if you do have a few million dollars to burn, you still might get to have some famous neighbors. Ellis revealed that the area has been a sort of enclave for artists and celebs, including Bill Murray, because of its privacy and proximity to New York City… and we’re pretty certain that Bill Murray would be the best neighbor ever.
