America Ferrera Attends an Emmy Party Right After Competing in a Triathlon: See the Impressive Pics!

From the race to the red carpet! America Ferrera proved she's the ultimate multitasker on Saturday when she competed in a triathlon and attended a pre-Emmys party all in the same day.

The Superstore star, 32, has been training for her race for months, and was psyched to compete in the Nautica Malibu Triathlon.

A pal snapped an action shot of Ferrera during the running portion of the competition. She posted that one as well, writing, "Can't talk, trying to slay this triathlon right here. #focused."

The actress didn't waste much time cleaning up for her event later that evening. She posted a before and after pic of herself with her husband, Ryan Piers Williams, by her side.
