Chrissy Teigen turns 30 on Monday and to celebrate, we’re counting down the five reasons this birthday girl is better at social media than pretty much anyone.
5. She doesn’t mind looking less than her sexiest. While there’s no denying that the Sports Illustrated model is absolutely gorgeous, she’s also been known to post an unflattering pic of herself from time to time. In 2014, she shared a not-so-hot shot of herself forcing a double chin with her pal Kelly Rohrback. “On set with @kellyrohr being super models!” she teased.
4. She isn’t afraid to get political. Chrissy, who is expecting her first child with husband John Legend, tweeted about Planned Parenthood on Friday after a man stormed one of its clinics in Colorado Springs and killed three people, including a police officer. “Every time s**t like this happens, john and I immediately make another donation to planned parenthood,” she wrote. The Tweet drew a lot of negative responses and some unfollows, but she wasn’t concerned. “Extremely fine with any unfollows. Would prefer it over your ignorant rants but I’m prepared either way. Nothing I haven’t seen before,” she tweeted.
3. She’s a pro at being downright silly. Whether she’s showing off some new dance moves or impersonating Disney characters, Chrissy knows how to get us giggling.

In 2014, she took to Twitter to shut down haters who were picking on her on social media. “If you’re going to talk s**t to me on Instagram be sure to make your profile private because I will use ALL your dumb a** posts against you,” she wrote. Recently, she also told people to stop gossiping about her pregnancy. “I did IVF. One at a time. It isn’t twins. I can see the damn thing. Get out of my uterus!” she tweeted.
