The star attended the L’Oréal Paris Paints + Colorista launch in New York on Monday evening and was full of romantic vibes, donning an adorable SemSem heart-printed dress.

The minidress showed off Lively’s toned legs (and her hard work), just months after giving birth to her second daughter with actor Ryan Reynolds.

It wasn’t just Lively’s fun and frilly dress that had a Valentine’s Day theme. The 29-year-old’s famous blond locks boasted an intricate heart design, which deserves some serious attention.
