World Suicide Prevention Day: What To Do If You or Someone You Love Is Struggling

Did you know: Over 41,000 Americans die from suicide every year.

Today (Sept. 10) may be World Suicide Prevention Day, but suicide prevention is something that should be a priority all 365 days of the year. The signs can be subtle, but chances are you know someone who’s struggling with suicidal thoughts. Or maybe you’re struggling yourself, but don’t know how (or why) to pull yourself through. Know this: There are people you can turn to for help. Whether you need support yourself or are trying to help a friend or loved one, there are resources for you.
