Watch This Badass Woman Casually Lift 100 Pounds While 38 Weeks Pregnant

From Cosmopolitan

Just two weeks before her due date, personal trainer and CrossFit queen Emily Breeze Ross has continued to prove to the world that women are capable of doing anything.

Earlier this month, the mom-to-be went viral for a clip of her dead-lifting 155 pounds while eight months pregnant. Now, just shy of nine months, she's posted a bunch of new videos to Instagram of her achieving similar feats - and they're just as badass.

Before you rush to criticize Emily for her decision to keep up such a rigorous workout routine while pregnant, the social media star is quick to point out that all of this was done with the approval of her doctors, and she's made adjustments to her routine to accommodate her growing belly.

"People who don't know me write the craziest things [on my Instagram]," she told Us Weekly. "I am completely baffled that people would think I'd do anything that would harm my baby … but I won't allow someone's uneducated opinion to deter my doctor-approved fitness regime during my pregnant."

Plus, 100 or 155 pounds really is nothing to Emily, given that she can normally dead-lift over 300.
