Tyra Banks Is Totally in Love With Freckles Right Now

When the “Smile with your eyes” queen raves about a beauty trend, people tend to listen, and for good reason. That queen, of course, is Tyra Banks, and this weekend, she revealed her latest obsession: freckles. To confirm her recent infatuation, she posted a photo of herself with a caption that read, “I have some, but not this many. What I desire, I paint on. #Freckles”

In recent years, freckles, whether natural or faux, have become a trend, and folks are moving further and further away from trying to conceal them. Apparently, Tyra is one of them.

A few commenters reflected on the first image she posted, sharing their keen interest in freckles. Poetfae wrote, “My grandmother told me ‘freckles were a sign of beauty’ it is a precious memory for me,” and Isiskatigbak noted, “someone once told me that a face without freckles is like the night sky without stars.”

Sephirajade admitted, “I have always tried so hard to cover my freckles @tyrabanks I guess I will have to let them show!”
