Listen up, men—if you dreamed of going on a date with Lizzie McGuire back in middle school, now’s your chance: Hilary Duff is on Tinder. The actress already has two dates lined up with two different guys and she’s busy talking to nine guys—so you better swipe fast.

“I was sitting with my friends one night at the house and we were joking around. In my life, I have always had really serious boyfriends. I’ve always met people through work and I have never been on a blind date. What’s the worst that could happen?” she told 104.5MYFM host Valentine. “I have my first date tonight and I’m really, really nervous.“

Duff’s had her fair share of famous lovers, from early aughts teen heartthrob Aaron Carter to Joel Madden of Good Charlotte, and she admitted to Valentine that this is the first time that she’s gone on a date with regular guys. "We’re going bowling, so it can’t be too expensive. I like that. I’ve never dated just a total normie,” she said. Duff split from her husband, Mike Comrie in January 2014.

So, if you’re looking to land a date with the golden child of Disney Channel, take heed of this advice straight from Duff when it comes to the Tinder profile that catches her eye: "I think the first thing is obviously looks, which sounds super vain, but that is what you first go for: natural chemistry,"says the single mother, who has a son, Luca, with Comrie. "Also what they say in their profile has to be funny. I don’t want to see a shirtless, mirror selfie. That is instantly a left. I don’t know. Someone who looks like they like to do fun things and someone who can make you laugh in their profile.” While she may not be into other people sharing their selfies, Duff recently posted a mirror selfie in a black bikini on her Instagram account that received over 178,000 likes. If you come across her on the app, we recommend using her “Let’s get pizza” line as your talking point.

On May 14, Duff released the music video for her new single, “Sparks,” which is centered around her entering the dating world via Tinder. The video shows Duff on the 104.5MYFM radio show talking about Tinder and gives what appears to be a look at two of her recent dates — one to a bowling alley and another go-kart racing. We’re not sure if her being on Tinder is a real attempt at finding true love or just the perfect storyline for her new video. Check it out below and decide for yourself.
