You might have noticed the mysterious black and white ad in your September issue of Vogue. The silhouettes of six curvy models spread across two pages, no splashy brand name anywhere to be found, just the words “#PlusIsEqual, It’s time for change.”

Today, we found out that ad is part of Lane Bryant’s fall campaign, one that aims to celebrate women of all shapes and sizes. It stars Ashley Graham, Candice Huffine, Precious Victoria Lee, Georgia Pratt, Sabina Karlsson, and Justine Legault. It comes as a follow up to the retailers spring lingerie campaign, #ImNoAngel, which was a response to the Victoria’s Secret Angel campaigns.

“I don’t think it matters what size you are, I think it’s time to represent all kinds of women,” says a model in the campaign video for #PlusIsEqual. “No one is ignoring us anymore.” The campaign is part of a larger message calling for equal representation of women in the media. According to a statistic on the campaign site, 67% of US women are a size 14 to 34 but are “underrepresented on billboards, magazines, TV…everywhere.” It’s clear that Lane Bryant hopes to make a big change in the fashion industry with this new campaign (and already viral hashtag) and we think they’ve got a good shot at it.
