In light of this truly unprecedented election, many of those devastated with the results have openly expressed their belief that only one person is capable of saving the U.S. when Donald Trump is up for re-election in 2020: Michelle Obama.
But while the first lady has made it clear on multiple occasions she has no intentions of running for president, that hasn't stopped her millions of fans from hoping and praying that she'll change her mind. And it seems she might at least finally be softening up just slightly to the idea: When a random fan shouted "run for president!" during an event for veteran homelessness at the White House on Monday, rather than immediately shut it down as per usual, she instead laughed and said, "Be quiet back there!"
