Mariah Carey’s New M.A.C. Collection is Here to Make All of Your Diva Dreams Come True
We’ve long believed that everything Mariah Carey touches turns into a pure, radiant diamond — and she’s proving that to be true with her latest collaboration with M.A.C.: an entire diva-approved collection, all encrusted in (what else?) silver glitter that will add sparkle to your holiday stocking — and your vanity — starting on December 8th.
Carey announced her excitement for her latest partnership with the brand in a Tweet, writing “I’m so excited to finally share my full @MACcosmetics collection – coming in December! Add it to your holiday wish list #MACMariahCarey“.

And we’re just excited as she is. The collection, which includes 25 “diamond” dusted items in total, touts a bronze highlighter embossed with a caricature of her face, butterfly-imprinted lipsticks (her favorite), two different brushes, two sets of fake eyelashes, two eye shadow palettes (one bronze-toned and one silver) and much more.

As for the shades she selected, Carey went with mostly neutrals in the eye and lip categories — which isn’t surprising considering that she told PeopleStyle last year that reds are out of the question.
“On other people, I envy when they can wear a red lip, but every time somebody puts red lipstick on me it’s a disaster,”she said during the launch of her first lipstick with M.A.C, a frosty champagne shade called “All I Want”.
This time around, Carey went with similar, very frosted lipstick shades ranging from a dark brown to pale pink, and glosses nearly as shimmery as the packaging.
