MAC Cosmetics Just Brought Back a '90s Trend That Will Make You Nostalgic AF

From Cosmopolitan

MAC Cosmetics is transporting you back to the '90s to your favorite pastime as a kid: playing with and collecting trolls. I don't know about you, but I'd beg my mom to go to Spencer's on a weekly basis to get the latest troll dolls, so this is freaking exciting!

But while my personal collection is long gone (tear), the minute the MAC Good Luck Trolls collaboration landed on my desk (It even came with a few tiny trolls!), I instantly felt like a kid again and wanted to hoard everything in it.

The line, which is set to come out July 28 online and Aug. 4 in stores, is timed to the upcoming DreamWorks movie Trolls and will be launching with eight insanely colorful products with multiple shades in each and one makeup brush. "Glow Rida," "Bubble Butt," Twerkquoise," and "Suns Out, Buns Out" are just a few of the ridiculously cute names of the brightly colored shades of lipstick, highlighter, pigment, gloss, glitter, eye shadow, and chrome craze (colored hair tint that washes out with shampoo!) within the collab. Think: '90s nostalgia at its best, flashing back to neon shades, glittery everything, matte lipsticks, blue and pink (!!) hair tint, and more.

"The Good Luck Trolls have evoked love and joy since the 1960s," James Gager, MAC's senior vice president and creative director said of the collection. "We are so happy we can put the spotlight on them again. MAC Cosmetics celebrates pop culture and fantasy - and brings these enchanting characters to life - through this eclectic, bright-hued collection."

A few coworkers and I tried the line, which ranges from $16 (for the lip gloss) to $43 (for the face brush), and it was love at first site.

I applied the Reflects Glitter in "Purple Duo" over a sheer pink Lipglass called "Saint Germain"...

Carina tried the blue Chroma Craze Hair Color Spray in "Tease and Thank You"...

Maya swiped on the highlighter in "Play it Proper" and a smoky eye shadow called "Black Tied Velvet"...

And Brooke applied a white eye shadow called "Silly Vanilly" and a hot pink glittery Lipglass called "Sun's Out, Bun's Out" to her lips...

In case you can't tell, we're all obsessed over here - and you will be too as soon as you get your hands on these cute cosmetics.
