The Golden Globes may have taken over your Insta feeds days ago, but I'm still obsessively hunting images for my own makeup mood board. My fave look? Lea Michele's glow-y skin. For the afterparty circuit, the actress made her way to the red carpet wearing a sultry smoky eye, luscious lashes, and pretty rosy lips. But as a skin editor, I couldn't help but be more enamored of her radiant complexion. With that being said, I did what any good reporter would do: I stalked her makeup artist, Meredith Baraf, for the exact cocktail of products that gave Michele that coveted lit-from-within glow. Here's what I learned.

Baraf tells Allure that she credits Michele's dewy finish to a customized Japanese skin-care treatment called the Skin Inc My Daily Dose serum{: rel=nofollow}. If you're not familiar with Skin Inc's My Daily Dose, here's a quick refresher: It's a custom-made serum you create online. But before purchasing your treatment, you have to figure out your skin's exact needs by completing a Skin Identity quiz. During this "test," you'll answer a few questions on your skin-care routine, lifestyle habits, and skin issues, which will eventually lead you to a customized evaluation with the top three ingredients needed for your made-for-you serum.

Going back to Michele's cocktail treatment, Baraf says the actress's serum was made with these three ingredients: soothing licorice, which targets redness; antioxidant-rich chlorella, which helps improve skin's elasticity; and brightening vitamin C to smooth texture and lighten dark spots. All together, these three powerhouse ingredients helped give the star a seriously gorgeous glow. "I wanted to keep Lea's skin looking healthy and glowing without sacrificing longevity," Baraf tells Allure.

And with that, I'm officially dubbing this one of the easiest tricks for obtaining Lea Michele's glow-y skin. No bronzer required. (OK, fine, maybe there was some bronzer involved.)
