Estée Lauder is not your grandma’s beauty brand anymore. Although the new Courrèges collaboration, modeled by Kendall Jenner, definitely references the Space Age Mod trends that your grandma may have rocked in the swinging ‘60s. The new launch is inspired by the look of French-born designer André Courrèges, who was known for his 1964 Space Age collection. Think streamlined mini skirts and vinyl and PVC clothes, a look that later defined the ‘60s and the young men and women who grew up then.

“Changing the world through invention has always been the rule at Courrèges and we feel that we have found a like-minded partner in Estée Lauder. Both brands share a vision of tomorrow’s modern woman today,” says Courrèges co-owner and co-president Jacques Bungert in a press release today. The 13-piece collection includes a lip gloss with a plexiglass shine and a liquid eyeliner that comes in Lunar White. The original motto, “Courrèges is tomorrow, begun today,” still stands today. Kendall Jenner stars in this #poptimistic promo video that brings back the 60s. Guess what? Maybe you’re not so different from Grandma, after all.
