Katie Holmes’ hair transformation is the best cut we’ve seen so far this spring

‘Tis the season for spring haircuts! When the weather gets warm again, we love to trade our long locks for something light and airy. It seems like Katie Holmes likes to do the same! The Kennedys: After Camelot star switched up her long hair look for something shorter, and Holmes’ spring hair transformation is the best cut we’ve seen this season.

The actress arrived to the CHANEL Tribeca Film Festival Artists Dinner last night flaunting her new shoulder-length tresses. Holmes styled her new ‘do with textured waves and voluminous roots. Paired with her simple, short-sleeved button down and white lace pants, Holmes looks like she’s ready to soak up some sun.

Just this week, Holmes was seen out and about in New York City wearing her hair long and draped over a Vanessa Seward winter coat.

Yet, the days of using her long hair as a scarf are done!

Holmes’ hairstylist DJ Quintero posted a photo of his latest hair creation. We love Holmes’ beachy waves and how effortless the style looks. Quintero captioned the pic,

Earlier today, Holmes posted a photo of her legs and Converse-clad feet. She included the hashtag #salondays in her caption and tagged renowned hairstylist Serge Normant. Is Holmes already embarking on a new hair adventure so soon after her latest endeavor? Or is this just a sneak-peak into yesterday’s hair transformation?

We suppose we won’t know until she arrives at her next event!
