No stranger to the Internet spotlight, “Suicide Squad” co-star Jared Leto recently posted a request to his fans on Instagram to help solve an age-old problem for men everywhere: “To ’stache or not to ’stache.”

To ‘stache or not to 'stache

The recently full-bearded celebrity received what can only be interpreted as resoundingly negative feedback. At the time of this writing, his short clip featuring his new lip sweater was clocking in at over 1 million views and over 11,000 comments, most of which followed the general theme of: “Nooooo,” “NO,” and “TAKE IT OFF.”

This is the not the first time that Leto has threatened the general public with a mustache. Fans went rabid over a similar ’stache share back in 2014, an event which turned out to be merely a prank.

Whichever way Leto goes with his mustachioed makeover, he may want to save all this attention on facial hair for the month of November when — thanks to folks like the Movember Foundation — growing a mustache can actually do some good.
