She’s been gradually lightening her locks over the past several months, but now Hailey Baldwin has made the jump and gone 10 times blonder. The model’s colorist, Ryan Pearl of Cutler SoHo, debuted the new shade—plus a couple inches off her strands—via an Instagram selfie. While Hailey’s always been known for her signature golden mane, this one comes in a softer, paler hue with a flawlessly blended root. The whole process took about three hours, and we have to say that’s not bad when you get to look this good.
