Gigi Hadid's Trainer Just Revealed Her Core Workout — and It's Insane

While there's no doubt that Gigi Hadid is the product of a wonderful gene pool (hiiii, Yolanda! 😉 ), the model actually works to maintain the flat belly she frequently flaunts.

Should you aspire to envy Gigi less and respect her more, you'll be happy to hear her workouts are actually quite grueling, according to her New York City-based trainer Rob Piela, the owner of Gotham Gym and Gotham G-Box. Piela would know - he's been making Gigi sweat for more than two years.

Piela told Vogue.com the model's secret sauce contains a special combo of boxing for cardio, floor exercises to engage the core, consistency - she hits the boxing ring upward of four times per week - and a healthy diet containing very little sugar.
