Bella Hadid is the newest face of Dior makeup, and we love the look she wore on their runway in London this morning. The look redefines the classic smoky eye with summery updates. Rather than hollowing the eyes, this shadow style opens them up and makes a normally heavy and intense look seem bright. The soft taupe color is blended evenly across the lid and into the brow, staying away from the under eye. This new smoky eye also helps to transition away from the heavy brow trend into easy, natural brows.

Bella Hadid is Dior’s newest beauty ambassador.

With a glowy finish and hollow cheekbones, Bella looks sunkissed and fresh. Glossy lips are no longer a middle school faux pas, and instead can be a gorgeous alternative to matte nude lipstick. Stylists gave the models a slicked back, post-shower hairstyle for a polished and clean finish, despite intense eye makeup. Whoever said smoky eyes are dark and wintery is totally wrong.

Dior’s runway beauty look is glossy, glowy, and summery.

As for what to expect from Bella’s Dior partnership, a series of online videos will launch on June 6th. The 19-year-old has never fronted a beauty campaign before, and her 4.6 million Instagram followers will definitely help Dior reach a younger market. And we can’t say we’re surprised that Dior chose Bella, given their affinity for her doppelganger, Jennifer Lawrence.
