BJP calls for nationwide campaign against Congress

The BJP has called for a nationwide campaign against the ruling Congress in the wake of recent allegations of corruption. Following the consistent charges of corruption against the government and its failure to effectively govern the people, BJP leader M Venkaiah Naidu, called for a nationwide campaign against Congress. The BJP also demanded Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's resignation. Meanwhile, BJP spokesperson, Prakash Javadekar also addressed the media in Srinagar and called the Prime Minister a misfit ruler. India's former Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal as well as former Law Minister Ashwani Kumar tendered their resignations from the union cabinet in New Delhi on Friday.
