India has urged all political forces to restrain from violence and engage in conciliatory dialogue to address the present situation in Egypt.The head of Egypt's Constitutional Court Adli Mansour was sworn in as the country's interim president on Thursday, a day after the army ousted Mohamed Morsi as head of state. MEA spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin said that New Delhi was keeping a close eye on the evolving political situation in Cairo. Akbaruddin said Indian embassy in Cairo was in touch with Indian community to ensure their welfare.
