Bold Ride of the Week: Pagani Zonda Revolucion

Our boldest ride of the week comes to us courtesy of Italian coachbuilder Pagani in honor of the Zonda Revolucion, the last Zonda ever built. Of course, it will be missed, but it’s not going down without a fight.

The monstrous 6.6L V12 churns out some 800-hp- making it one of the most powerful Zondas ever built- all sent to six-speed magnesium transversal and sequential gearbox. To 60 mph, we don’t expect anything over 3.5 seconds, all on the way to a top speed well over 200 mph.

On the outside, the Revolucion received an extreme makeover– Pagani-style. The impressive full body kit comes complete with a revised front splitter, new side skirts, a new rear diffuser and of course, that wing. With all this tied together into one package- Pagani hopes- it should make it the fastest ever Zonda to lap the ‘Ring.

For all this, expect to pay a price. €2.2M (approx. $2.9M), to be exact. And with only a few examples ever being produced, we expect nothing less than the car flying off the metaphorical showroom floor, considering it is the last Zonda that will ever be built. At least, that’s what they tell us.
