World’s ugliest custom car contest gains strong new entry

People who build custom bodies for everyday cars always leave me confused when they put their creations up for sale. Take this example from Florida of a Monster Energy-themed sedan that was once, many lives ago, a 1998 Mazda 626. There's hundreds of hours of work represented here, not to mention the money spent boosting the motor, welding in a roll cage, chopping a foot and a half from the roof and adding a 3,000-watt stereo. And yet aside from a few photos and the basement price of $1,875, the owner doesn't address the basic question of "why, God, why?"

Also, I don't think foam crack filler makes for good dashboards, but that's just my personal preference.
