What is the best way to get rid of acne, zits, and blackheads?

What is the best way to get rid of acne, zits, and blackheads? I wish I had a face free a zits above and under the skin on my nose. It has to be decently priced though! I can't pay like more than like 15 bucksfor it. Does anybody have any good ideas?
