How should I wear makeup with glasses?

Because of eye problems, I have to abandon my contacts and wear strictly glasses. And I'm sure plenty of other people wear glasses by choice, too. So, now I'm wondering how I should wear my makeup. I'm wondering if I need to focus more on highlighting my eyes, or toning them down. Anyways, do you h
