    Sarah Hays Coomer is a Mayo Clinic & National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer, and a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant with American Fitness Professionals & Associates. She is the author of three books: "The Habit Trip: A Fill-in-the-Blank Journey to a Life on Purpose" (2020, Running Press), "Physical Disobedience" (2018, Seal Press) and "Lightness of Body and Mind" (2016, Rowman & Littlefield).
