Kristin Lesko is a freelance writer and content strategist for hire who specializes in health and wellness. She received her Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the University of Central Florida and has since started her own content marketing company, Punchline Creative. Throughout her career, she has contributed to regional and national publications, including Women's Health magazine, as well as led digital marketing initiatives for brands in the Fortune 500. Outside of work, she enjoys teaching yoga and helping people feel their best.
