Cool clip of boat containing other boats goes viral
What better way to ease your way into the spring season than too watch yachts get transported in bulk on a large transport boat? Sure, you probably never even thought about it, with ‘yachts’ and the Caribbean often only associated with the super rich and their surplus of cash, but it’s nice to imagine sometimes, or even get a peak into their world. Guy tries to reduce his daily sleep routine to five hours by taking short naps
If you live in Latin America and are privy to a “siesta” during your workday (man, that would be great here), that would be considered “polyphasic” sleeping, since there is more than one instance a day where you catch some zs. For background on this method, Bergara consulted with Jackson Nexhip, an author of a book on polyphasic sleep and current user of the “Everyman” sleep schedule.
