    Alec Blatherwick

18 year old International History and Politics student at the University of Leeds who holds a deep passion for writing and, even better, writing about my beloved Norwich City. Having been born and raised in Nottingham, surrounded by Forest, County and the usual big 4, supporters, it often comes as a surprise to many when they discover my Norfolk allegiances, but I have my dad and the Norwich supporting family friends he grew up with to thank (or not!) for that. Despite my mum being a Villa supporter, there was only ever going to be one winner between the pair in the battle to brainwash my little self and I have been a Canary since day one. My life time has encompassed promotions (including back to back!) , relegations, play-off final defeats, play off-final victories and the many highs and lows that come with being a supporter of a true 'yo-yo' team. Oh, and as I found out just last week, I have been alive for 12 derby victories over Ipswich (more victories than over any other team in my life-time!) - I couldn't help but fit that in somewhere. Anyway, being a Norwich fan certainly isn't boring and I fully expect our endeavours in the 2015/16 Premier League season to be no different, so keep up-to-date and follow me around!
