Marcus Peters pays homage to Marshawn Lynch with 'Beast Mode' crotch grab on pick 6

In the 2015 NFC championship, then-Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch sealed a go-ahead touchdown against the Green Bay Packers with a celebratory crotch grab.

It cost him $20,000, courtesy of the NFL. He didn’t seem to mind.

Marcus Peters goes ‘Beast Mode’ on touchdown play

Los Angeles Rams cornerback Marcus Peters can probably expect a similar bill after pulling the now familiar move to cap Monday’s 33-13 win over the Oakland Raiders. It came courtesy of an interception of Derek Carr returned for a touchdown on the final score of the game.

It capped a dominant second-half performance by the Rams defense.

It was also a nod to Lynch, who was sitting on the losing sideline after scoring the game’s opening touchdown.

“I did the Beast Mode,” Peters said after the game. “That’s what I did.”

Like it was for Lynch, the move was probably totally worth whatever fine is heading Peters’ way.
