Orlando Bloom Gives Update on 'Beautiful' Daughter With Katy Perry

The actor and singer share a 2-year-old daughter, Daisy.

Orlando Bloom is gushing over his 2-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove. 

While promoting his new role as Chief Wellness Officer at Form Nutrition, the actor, 46, opened up about the daughter he shares with "Firework" singer Katy Perry, 38.

"She's beautiful, she's growing fast, big, strong, and healthy. And you can't be more blessed than that," Bloom said to People of his 2-year-old. "And literally, I kid you not, she's like, 'Daddy, can I have a smoothie?' You know what she gets? She gets Form. We are very blessed."

Bloom and Perry, who got engaged back in Feb. 2019, welcomed their baby girl in Aug. 2020. "We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter," the A-list parents said in a statement at the time.

However, the pair acknowledged that Daisy's arrival came during unconventional times: the COVID-19 pandemic. And so, the duo partnered with UNICEF for Daisy's birth announcement.

"We know we're the lucky ones and not everyone can have a birthing experience as peaceful as ours was," they added. "Communities around the world are still experiencing a shortage of healthcare workers and every eleven seconds a pregnant woman or newborn dies, mostly from preventable causes. Since COVID-19, many more newborn lives are at risk because of a greater lack of access to water, soap, vaccines and medicines that prevent diseases. As parents to a newborn, this breaks our hearts, as we empathize with struggling parents now more than ever."

Bloom and Perry then set up a donation page for UNICEF on behalf of their little girl.

COVID also had a hand in the two's wedding plans, as they were forced to reschedule their nuptials due to the pandemic. The couple is still together but has yet to set a new date for their marriage. 

Aside from Daisy Dove, Bloom also shares a 12-year-old son, Flynn with his ex-wife, model, Miranda Kerr, whom Perry is actually good friends with.
